On the right are 50 user profile pics that I random downloaded from Twitter and on the left are 50 random user profile pics from Zuosa. Zuosa is a Chinese-language micro-blogging website like Twitter.

I recently took a look at Google's "translator toolkit." This is their translation memory tool made for translators. The idea is that many translators will contribute and share many many many translations thus making it easier for the translators to do their jobs while improving Google's translation tools at the same time. It seems to me that there are a lot more racy pictures on Chinese portals and news sites as compared to English-language sites. To test this, today I checked the homepages of 24 news sites (9 Chinese, 15 English). 5 out of 9 of the Chinese sites had at least one sexy photo while but only 4 out of 15 of the English sites did. Plus, of the 4 English sites with sexy phot Read more...
